Steps

Make a dosa like batter from besan with water after adding ginger chili paste,citric acid or curd with sugar. Let it rest for atleast 20 mins.

Keep a round or square tin greased and ready. Either you can use pressure cooker without whistle or a steamer. I prefer the second.

When batter ready,add turmeric, salt,and mix. Before pouring it add the eno salt abd stir quickly.

Pour the mixture and put on a ring in the steamer fillwd with enough water to sit covered without opening.

Steam closed on a low fire for minimum 25 minutes without opening.

Cool it. Make the seasoning with the mentioned ingredients and garnish with roasted ccoconut and coriander.

Serve hot cut into cuwith mint or tomato chutney!
