2mature cheese, grated
32 slices bacon for each toasty
4a little margarine

Preheat the grill to hot.

Grill one side of the bacon till it is ready to be turned. Then place on a heatproof plate and keep warm.

Grill one side of the bread till a nice golden colour.

Turn the bread over and place the bacon on one slice of the un-toasted side and top liberally with the grated cheese.

Place back under the grill and cook till the bacon is cooked through and the cheese has melted and a nice bubbly brown.

Lightly spread the second slice of toast with margarine and put on top pressing down at the same time.

Cut in half and enjoy.
