Steps

Pressure cook the beef with 1/2 tsp turmeric,& 1tsp each Chilli and Corriander powder and salt and vinegar till done.

Meanwhile in a vessel boil some water with salt.When this boils,add the kappa cut into bite size pieces to it and cook till done.Drain the water.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan and saute the curry leaves,onions & shallots chopped. Add the crushed ginger and garlic.

When the onions starts to change color add the remaining Chilli,Corriander and pepper powder and saute in medium heat. Add only the beef stock from the cooker to this & cook till almost all the water dries up.

Add the cooked beef to it & the garamasala and cook until the masalas are well coated in beef.Now add the cooked kappa and stir in till it's coated with masalas.adjust seasonings.
