
Roasted Rosemary Russet Potatoes

Set your oven at 400°F to preheat. Cut your potatoes into little bite sized chunks. Keep skins on. When you are done rinse them in cold water then put them on a foil lined baking sheet.

Pour your olive oil over the top followed by your salt,pepper and rosemary. Toss them all around until evenly coated.

When oven is preheated put in oven and set your timer for 1 hour. Toss ever so often with a spoon so they get evenly browned. When done eat and enjoy they are awesome with any meal.
