Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 lb15 % fat Hamburger
  2. 2 loafFrench Rolls
  3. McCormick's Pub Burger Seasoning
  4. 4 stickReal American Cheese (ex: Tillamook)
  5. 4 sliceRed (Purple} Onion
  6. 4 sliceRipe Steak Tomatoes
  7. 6Iceberg lettuce
  8. Ketchup & Yellow Mustard

Steps

  1. 1

    Lightly handling Shape meat into four flat round patties. Sprinkle both sides with seasoning. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Get charcoal grill ready... Heat the coal's. Mean while coal's are heating....

  3. 3

    Thinly slice tomato, onion, cheese, and tear lettuce to shape roll's.

  4. 4

    When coal's are almost fully white and hot lay patties on grill. Cook 7 Min each side.

  5. 5

    Add cheese slices on each pattie until melted than remove from grill.

  6. 6

    Add your ketchup and mustard to both sides of French roll's. Than Tomato, Onion, Two patties, and lettuce.. Top with the top of French roll. Serve with choice of side. Ex: Cobb Corn or Bean's.
