Baby Potato Fry

Steps

Cook the baby potatoes. It should be soft (you can prick it with a fork to check) but not mushy

Peel the skin

Marinate the potatoes in chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, required salt. Keep for 15-20 minutes.

Now heat the oil in a kadai and add the mustard seeds.

When they splutter,add the potatoes and fry well.
- 6
Keep stirring from time to time until the potatoes are roasted.
