Ingredients

1-serving
  1. 1Chicken breast piece
  2. 1/2 tspChilli powder
  3. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tspCorriander powder
  5. 1/4Lime juice
  6. 1/4 tspGaram masala
  7. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  8. 1 tbspCurd milk made with full fat
  9. Salt
  10. 1 tbspGhee
  11. 2Bread slices
  12. butter bread to spread on the
  13. cheese

    Defrost the chicken breast if kept in freezer and remove bone. Remove the water that seeps out of the chicken after de-frosting.

    Apply  1/2 tsp chilli powder + 1/2 tsp corriander powder + 1/4 th tsp turmeric powder + a twist of lime juice + salt to the chicken breast and mix

  3. 3

    Add 1 tbsp curd + 1 tsp ginger garlic paste over it and mix well.

  4. 4

    Keep in freezer for a couple of minutes

  5. 5

    In the meantime heat 1 tbsp ghee in a non stick pan and keep the bread for toasting

  6. 6

    When the ghee is almost smoking add the chicken to it. Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken.

  7. 7

    Don't move the chicken around in the pan. Allow it to fry on high heat for 3 min.

  8. 8

    In the meantime apply butter to bread and place a few pieces of cheese on it.

  9. 9

    Turn over the chicken and cook on the other side for another 3 min.

  10. 10

    Break the chicken into 1 inch pieces and ensure it is cooked through.

  11. 11

    Transfer the chicken pieces onto the bread. Scrape off any burnt bits stuck to the pan and place over the chicken. Pour the remaining ghee from the pan over the chicken.
