Steps

Peel the melons and remove its seeds carefully. (It can be a bit tedious with watermelon.) Cut them into smaller pieces.

Grind ginger and mint leaves in a food processor or blender.

Crush the cut melons into the food processor or with a hand blender.

To this mixture add the lemon juice. Run the blender on low speed just to mix the juices properly.

If you wish you can sieve the juice through a strainer to be sure that the muskmelon and ginger are crushed enough.

Pour in a glass. Sprinkle black pepper powder.

Refrigerate and serve.
