Ingredients

2-serving
  • 1 CupBasmati rice (1/2 cooked)
  • 1/2 CupCorn Niblets
  • 1 TeaspoonGinger Garlic Green chilli paste
  • 1/2 CupOnion Chopped
  • 1/2 CupBell Pepper Yellow Green Red chopped
  • 1 Tablespooncoriander chopped
  • 1 TeaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 TeaspoonGaram Masala
  • 1/8 TeaspoonTumeric powder
  • To Tastesalt
  • 3 TablespoonsOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak and cook the Basmati rice with water salt and 1 tea spoon oil till half cooked. Strain and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Take oil in a wok. Saute onions till transparent. Add Ginger, garlic and green chilli paste (GGG paste).

  3. 3

    When aroma arises add the Bell pepper,corn niblets and saute.

  4. 4

    Add all the masala powders listed under ingredients and saute well.

  5. 5

    Add the half cooked rice to this mixture and toss well.

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
