Here is an exotic Indian dish made from Basmati rice enhanced with the perfect blend of Indian spices, Bell Pepper and Corn that make this dish extra special!

Soak and cook the Basmati rice with water salt and 1 tea spoon oil till half cooked. Strain and keep aside.

Take oil in a wok. Saute onions till transparent. Add Ginger, garlic and green chilli paste (GGG paste).

When aroma arises add the Bell pepper,corn niblets and saute.

Add all the masala powders listed under ingredients and saute well.
- 5
Add the half cooked rice to this mixture and toss well.
- 6
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
