Stir flour and scoop three level cups to bowel. Mix in salt.

Put yogurt in liquid measuring cup and add hot water to make full cup. Mix in oil and honey.

Make well in dry ingredients and pour in wet indigents and yeast mixture. Mix.

Knead dough 10 mins.

Let it rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours, keeping at 80 F, until it holds a poke with a moist finger.

Deflate and Rise again 45 to 60 mins.

Deflate and round. Let rest. Grease loaf pan with Pam.

Shape loaf. Place in loaf pan 45 to 60 min.

Bake 60 min at 350°F, checking at the 30 min mark. If looking brown already, reduce to 325°F and bake 45 min total.
