  • 4Burger Breads
  • 200 GramsChicken keema
  • 1 BunchLettuce leaves
  • 1tomato (cut into rings)
  • 1Onion (cut into rings)
  • 1/2 CupOlives (halved)
  • 4Cheese Slice
  • 4 TablespoonsMayonnaise
  • 4 Tablespoonssauce Hot and sweet
  • 2 TablespoonsMustard
  • 1 TablespoonGarlic Paste
  • 1 TeaspoonGinger paste
  • 1lemon juice
  • 2Green Chillies (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves (handful)
  • to TasteSalt
  • 1 TeaspoonPepper
  • 1egg white
  • 1 CupBread Crumbs
  • 3 TablespoonsOlive Oil

    Marinate the chicken keema with ginger, garlic, lemon juice, coriander leaves, salt and pepper and keep in the fridge for a couple of hours. This is the most time-consuming part of this dish. After this, everything happens super fast.

    Once marinated well, make medium sized balls of the keema, flatten it out in the shape of a patty, dip in the egg white, roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry till crisp and golden.

    Meanwhile, slice the burger buns from the middle and soften them in the microwave for 20 seconds.

  4. 4

    Spread mustard (Dijon, English or even kasundi), hot and sweet sauce and the mayo on each side.

  5. 5

    Place a lettuce leaf on 1 side, put two rings of tomato and onion each and a sprinkling of halved olives. I you so wish, add a pinch of salt on the vegetables.

  6. 6

    Balance a cheese slice on the veggies, place the burger patty on top of it, sandwich it with the second half of the burger bun and take a big bite for a feel of heaven!
