Soak poppy seeds in 1/2 cup of water.

Put chinagrass in a bowl, add 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon sugar and heat till it dissolves. Stir well. Add a pinch of food colour. Refrigerate it.

Crush frozen milk in a mixer grinder and add 2 cups of sugar and add vanilla essence. Beat it again.

Cut china grass jelly into small cubes.

Take 4 long glasses. Put 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds as the first layer. Put crushed frozen milk as the next layer. Spread jelly cubes over it. Put ice cream scoop as the next layer. Add some poppy seeds. Sprinkle some crushed cashew nuts.
