  • 250 gMutton
  • 2 tbschilli powdered
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspsaniseed
  • 1 podgarlic
  • to frycoconut oil for
  • to tastesalt

  1. 1

    Grind aniseed and garlic

  2. 2

    Cook mutton with all ingriedients except oil in suffiecient amount of water, until the mutton is tender and water is absorbed.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil and shallow fry the mutton till brown and oil  comes out.
