Ingredients

  1. onions and peppers
  2. 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  3. 1large onion, sliced
  4. 1red bell pepper
  5. 1Mexican green pepper
  6. meat
  7. 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  8. 1 tbspbutter
  9. 1 lbtop sirloin
  10. 1salt and pepper
  11. 1 tbspMontreal Steak Seasoning
  12. 1/2 tspground cumin
  13. 3 dashworcestershire sauce
  14. finishing
  15. 1tortillas
  16. mayonnaise
  17. 2 cupmy spicy queso blanco cheese sauce
  18. 1/2 cupcilantro, chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Place steak in freezer until half frozen.

  2. 2

    In 1 pan heat oil to medium high and add onions.

  3. 3

    Once onion are starting to carmelized add both peppers chopped.

  4. 4

    Thinly slice half frozen beef.

  5. 5

    In a seperate pan at medium high heat add oil and butter. Once butter is melted add steak, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning and cumin.

  6. 6

    Once both pans are cooked to your liking, reduce heat.

    Taking a tortilla(better if warmed), apply mayo, place onions and pepper, and the meat. in the center. Top with cheese sauce and cilantro. And wrap.

    Optional - grill the wrap at the end
