To pan add sugar. Keep on stiring till the sugar melts in to golden brown.

To the silver bowl add melted sugar evenly to the respective bowls. Keep in refrigerator for 5 mins.

Take a big bowl add eggs bit it nicely

Add vanilla essence and sugar evenly bit it again.

Add cardamom powder and 1cup Milk bit it nicely for 10 mins.

Then add it to caramelized bowls.

Cover the bowl with the aluminum foil

To the idili cooker add 2glass water to the bottom.

To the idili tray place thecaramelized bowls and cover the lid

Cook it till 20mins

Once it is done open the aluminum foil. To the edges with knife.

Place the bowl up side down with the plate.

Refrigerate it 5mins

Serve cold.
