Snacks prepared out of potatoes do not just limit to samosas or cutlets.
Steps

Cut the potatoes into finger strips

Sprinkle some salt and chaat masala over the cut potatoes

In a bowl, make a batter out of the above ingredients. The batter must be of medium consistency

Heat oil in a deep frying pan/wok/kadai
- 5
Dip the potato fingers into the batter and slowly put them one by one into the kadai
- 6
Deep fry the potatoes till the batter turn golden brown
- 7
You can also try the double deep fry method

Strain excess oil
- 9
Sprinkle some chaat masala over the fritters
- 10
Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup
