Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 1/2 cuprice
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1yellow bell pepper
  • 1Spanish onion
  • 1(Optional) mushrooms
  • 14 ozspicy Andouille sausages
  • 1Seasoning, I used Saźon Goya with Coriander and Annatto. Cajun seasoning too goes with this recipe.
  • 1 tbspvegetable oil
  • salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice bell peppers and onion. Chop sausages into bite sized chunks.

  2. 2

    Add oil into a heated skillet. Sauté onions until pink and add peppers. Sauté until peppers are tender.

  3. 3

    In a separate skillet cook the sausage chunks until nice and brown in color. Add sautéed onions and peppers to it. Add salt and seasoning and cook everything together for a minute.

  4. 4

    Cook the rice separately with some salt.

  5. 5

    Dinner's ready in minutes!
