225 gramsflour
50 gramsbutter
1/2 tspbaking powder
pinchsalt

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Rub the butter in the flour.

Mix the water in until a dough is formed.

Dived the dough in ping pong sized balls and rool them thinly.

In a very hot pan put the tortillas until they get golden brown then flip it and let it cook on the other side.

Serve hot.
