Sautee the mince with salt and pepper seasoning till cooked

Arranging the casserole: Oil the base of your casserole dish. Now spread a layer of potato mash as the base On top of this spread the onions Next arrange the roasted tomatoes

Add the grated cheese, spread it even Place the Omelette over this Spread the creamy mix veg in a layer Layer out the mince on top of the veggies cover with cheese slices

Close the lid of the casserole and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.
