Microwave Proved Quick & Easy Bread Rolls

I ran out of bread but didn't want to go and buy some... so I decided to make use of my oven while it was preheating.
I wanted to make some fluffy and delicious bread for breakfast and ended up with this recipe.
If you can't leave the bread in the oven while preheating it, take it out, keep it covered with a damp cloth so that it doesn't dry out, and place it on top of the oven.
When the oven has preheated, proceed to put the bread back in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Recipe by Kopo*chimi

Steps
- 1
Add the 3 * ingredients into a bowl and warm the mixture in the microwave until the butter has softened (but don't let it get too hot). Then mix in the yeast.
- 2
Add half of the bread flour and mix it in with a spatula. Then add the rest of the bread flour and the cake flour and combine well.
- 3
Cover the dough with a damp cloth or some wet kitchen paper and heat it in the microwave for 40 seconds (200 W). Use a rubber spatula to bring the dough together.
- 4
Turn the dough out onto a dusted surface, divide it into equal portions, and shape them into any shape you like. Place a damp cloth or something similar over the top and put the bread back in the microwave for a further 40 seconds (200 W).
- 5
Transfer the rolls to the oven and leave them to rest for 5 minutes. Once rested, preheat the oven to 180℃ with the rolls still inside.
- 6
When the oven has preheated, the rolls should have begun to expand. Bake these rolls for a further 8 minutes and they're done.
