Marinating :

Clean the whole chicken; apply some lemon juice,after that viniger rinse thoroughly and make slits on the chicken both inside and outside, for the masala to penetrate well. For marinating use red chilly powder,turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and 1 tsp of oil. Apply the paste all over the chicken both inside and outside. Refrigerate it overnight or for at least 2 hrs.

For Stuffing 🐣🐣

Boil eggs, peel and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan,In the pan add the sliced onions and saute till it turns to translucent and then addcashews and raisins until it turns to brownnow add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili and saute well.

Add the 1/4perumgeera pwder, turmeric powder and chili powder and mix all together. Add the curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Add boiled egg into the mix and cook for 2 minutes in medium heat.

Remove from the fire and transfer the into a bowl and keep it for stuffing.

Heat 400 ml of oil in a pan fry chicken by turning it in to all the side.

Remove chicken from the fire and keep it aside.

Take 4-5 spoon of oil from the pan sauté slicedonions and tomatoes till it turns to translucent. Add chilli pwdr perumgeera,garam masala and salt saute wel

Filling the stuffing into the chicken :

First push the eggs into the cavity and then the onions,be careful not to overstuff.

Now using a kitchen twine tie together chickens legs and then the hands.

Heat the pressure cooker add 2 spoon 👆oil keep the chicken into it then add masala above it.cover it without whizle and cook for 10 mins then turn it upside down cover it with masala again cook for 10 mins in slow slow fire.

Remove from the pan and place it in a servingplate and decorate with french fries cucumber and carrot capsicum etc etc.......
