2 kgfish (preferably Sultan Ibrahim)
Salt
3 tbspcumin
2 headgarlic
Oil for frying
Flour for coating

Steps

Rub cleaned fish with salt and leave aside for 2 hours.

Crush garlic and mix it with cumin.

Stuff fish with garlic mix and leave aside for 1 hour.

Roll fish in flour then deep fry till golden. Serve with fries/baked potatoes and green salad.
