Linguini tossed with Onion and Garlic sauteed with Spinach and Tomatoes and topped with Garlic-Butter Shrimp and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lbShrimp
  2. 3tomatoes Roma
  3. 2 cupsSpinach Chopped
  4. 3 clovesGarlic
  5. 1Yellow Onion
  6. 1 packageLinguine
  7. 4 tbspsButter
  8. salt
  9. pepper
  10. red pepper flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and peel shrimps

  2. 2

    Dice onion, Chop tomatoes, and Mince Garlic

  3. 3

    Boil salted water for the pasta and heat a large sauce pan with half the butter.

  4. 4

    When butter is hot, saute onion and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

    After onion is translucent, toss Shrimp in with onion and garlic.

  6. 6

    Cook Pasta according to package instructions.

    When shrimp is half cooked, toss in tomatoes, spinach, and rest of butter. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

    After pasta is cooked, drain and toss in with vegetable mixture. Top with cheese.
