Wash and pat dry chicken tenders.

Combine the flour, cornmeal, cornstarch, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, paprika, poultry seasoning, and cayenne pepper in a ziplock bag or bowl.

Set up your pan: Add your oil and let it heat up on high heat.

Add your chicken tenders to coat, dust off the excess flour and fry for 3-5 mins on each side. Take your chicken out of the pan and put it on your plate with paper towels.

Combine your salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Put some of your salad on a plate and top it with two chicken tenders.

Serve with Ranch dressing and hot sauce and enjoy!
