This one of my favorite food. Beef is rich in proteins. Though its not advisable to be eaten everyday because it high amount of cholesterol. Enjoy my recipe!!!

Chop the beef, onions, tomatoes, capsicum,dhania and garlic separately.

Wash the beef and place in a cooking pot, then add 2 cups of water and salt. put over heat and let boil for 40 minutes until the beef is tender/ soft

Drain excess water once soft, then add oil enough to dry the beef. add the rest of the ingredients one by one. first start with garlic then onions then capsicum. An interval of 3 minutes each

By this time you will have a sweet aroma! Then add tomatoes and carrots and stir till mixed well.

Cover the pot to allow the mixture to cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and serve with Ugali
