Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 4big bunches fresh leaves chopped
  2. 1 1/2tsps ginger-green chilli paste
  3. 4 clovesgarlic, crushed
  4. big pinch turmeric pwd
  5. 1 1/2tsps of urad dal and channa dal
  6. 1/2 tspjeera
  7. 2strings of red chillies dry
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add oil and once the oil is hot add jeera, urad dal, channa dal, red chillies and garlic and allow it to turn golden brown

  2. 2

    After 5 minutes add the thotakura and stir for few minutes.Add salt and turmeric poweder and close the lid and allow it to cook for 10 minutes

    The thotakura is ready to be served with hot rice.
