Peel Apple skin, remove a core, and cut it into 8 pieces.

In a sauce pan, combine water, white vinegar and sugar and mix them well. Put apples and apple skin in it and cook over medium heat.

When boiled, turn it down to low heat and cook it for another 15 minutes until apples are soft.

Cool down for a while until apples and apples skin get pretty pink! Decorate a bowl with beautifully colored apples and skin and enjoy!
