Ugali and Fried Cabbage

Steps

Into a pan fry the chopped onions In oil till slightly brown.

Add tomatoes and cook until soft.

Add the chopped cabbage and stir for a few minutes.

Remove from the heat. Then into Sufuria boil water.

After water has boiled, add the maize one at a time while turning and mixing. This should continue until it thickens.

If you want soft ugali u can cook it soft but if you want hard Ugali, add flour till it harden, ensure it is not that hard.

Cover for 7 minutes to allow it to bake. Then, stir and turn for two more minutes and remove from heat and serve.
