Jantikilu
Jantikalu- Rice flour snack usually made during festivals
Steps

Boil Urad dal and make into a paste. Mix Rice flour, salt, Vamu, butter, red chilli powder and urad dal paste.

Mix well and make into a paste, which looks more like a softer chapati dough. Heat oil in a pan.

Put the paste in the Jantikalu presser and press jantikalu into the oil.

Fry them until slightly golden brown
- 5
The snacks is ready to be served with Hot Masala Tea and liked by children
