Ingredients

  1. garlic and ginger
  2. chopped onions
  3. sliced carrots
  4. ndania
  5. chopped tomatoes
  6. boiled njahi

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oil,then put the chopped onions and the garlic and ginger till they brown

  2. 2

    Put the chopped carrots till they are slightly cooked...and put some little water to avoid sticking to the sauce pan

  3. 3

    Put the tomatoes and stir...then give them some little time to absorb the heat

  4. 4

    Then pour the boiled njahi and stir then put one cup of cold water and give it time to cook.

    When the food is almost ready, pour in your chopped ndania and give it some little time to absorb the heat

  6. 6

    Your food is now ready to be served
