Chicken Wings with Sayote and Carrots

Ingredients

  1. 750 gchicken wings
  2. 2 pcscut into strips sayote
  3. 2 pcscut into strips carrots
  4. 2-3sliced onions
  5. 8 cloveschopped garlic
  6. 3 pcsripe tomatoes
  7. Cooking oil
  8. 1 cupwater
  9. 3 tbspfosh sauce
  10. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    In high heat, saute sayote until you see water come out

  2. 2

    Add carrots. Saute until you see the soft consistency you want.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle salt. Saute for additional 3 min, remove from flame, set aside

  4. 4

    In high flame saute onion for at least 20sec. Add garlic saute for additional 10sec. Then add tomatoes until it turns into mash

  5. 5

    Add chicken wings. Saute continuously to avoid burning

  6. 6

    Cover it let it simmer, checking it from time to timd to avoid burning

  7. 7

    Add fish sauce and ground pepper. Mix, cover

  8. 8

    Let it simmer for at least 20min. Plate
