Ingredients

  1. 5 piecestofu
  2. 5 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  3. 3 tablespoonscornstarch
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  7. 3red chili peppers, thinly sliced
  8. 3bird's eye chili peppers, thinly sliced
  9. 3 clovesgarlic, crushed finely
  10. 1green onion, thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions
