Cooking Instructions

Cut the tofu into cubes, then dip them into a mixture of all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and ground black pepper dissolved in water.

Fry the tofu until golden brown, then drain.

Stir-fry the red chili peppers, bird's eye chili peppers, garlic, green onion, and salt with a little oil until slightly dry.
