Steps

Prepare the milk and add the sugar.

Mix the milk with the bread, either crumbled or in small pieces, until the mixture thickens.

Add evaporated milk, egg, and salt.

In another container, make a caramel. Once the caramel is ready and cooled, pour the previously prepared mixture into the container. Cover the top of the container with a cloth or plastic bag and tie it securely. Place it in a water bath for 45 minutes. When finished cooking, let it cool and decorate as you like. Good luck.
