Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 6 slicesbread
  2. 1 cuppowdered milk (about 120 grams)
  3. 3 tablespoonssweetened condensed milk (about 60 grams)
  4. 1small cup sugar (about 1/2 cup or 100 grams)
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 pinchsalt

    Prepare the milk and add the sugar.

  2. 2

    Mix the milk with the bread, either crumbled or in small pieces, until the mixture thickens.

  3. 3

    Add evaporated milk, egg, and salt.

  4. 4

    In another container, make a caramel. Once the caramel is ready and cooled, pour the previously prepared mixture into the container. Cover the top of the container with a cloth or plastic bag and tie it securely. Place it in a water bath for 45 minutes. When finished cooking, let it cool and decorate as you like. Good luck.
