  • 1. 5 medium size potatoes
  • 2. 2 finely chopped kales
  • 3. 1.0 ml cooking oil
  • 4. 0.5 tablespoon of salt
  • 5. 1 tomato diced
  • 6.1onion diced
  • 7. 2 cups of boiled githeri

    Heat the oil in a sauce pan

  2. 2

    Add the onions n cook them until brown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and cook the for 2 minutes and add salt

  4. 4

    Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Add kales and githeri and cook for 20 minutes

  6. 6

    Then serve
