Ingredients

  • 4 lbChicken Wings
  • 2 TbspOlive Oil
  • 2 TbspSoy Sauce
  • 6ea Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1ea Habanero
  • (seeds, ribs removed, and finely chopped)
  • 1 TbspAllspice ground
  • 1 tspCinnamon ground
  • 1 tspCayenne Pepper ground
  • 1 tspWhite Pepper
  • 1 TbspThyme (finely chopped)
  • 2 TbspBrown Sugar
  • 1 TbspGinger (freshly grated)
  • 4ea Scallions (finely chopped)
  • 5 TbspLime Juice (fresh)
  • 1/2 cupRed Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients in the Jerk seasoning, including the chicken wings.

  2. 2

    Transfer to a 1 gallon re-sealable bag and refrigerate for 2 hours up to 24 hours.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Airfryer to 390F.

  4. 4

    Transfer the chicken wings to a fine mesh strainer to drain any additional liquid.

  5. 5

    Place half the wings in the Airfryer basket and cook for 14-16 minutes, shaking halfway through.
