Ingredients

  1. 4 lbChicken Wings
  2. 2 TbspOlive Oil
  3. 2 TbspSoy Sauce
  4. 6ea Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
  5. 1ea Habanero
  6. (seeds, ribs removed, and finely chopped)
  7. 1 TbspAllspice ground
  8. 1 tspCinnamon ground
  9. 1 tspCayenne Pepper ground
  10. 1 tspWhite Pepper
  11. 1 TbspThyme (finely chopped)
  12. 2 TbspBrown Sugar
  13. 1 TbspGinger (freshly grated)
  14. 4ea Scallions (finely chopped)
  15. 5 TbspLime Juice (fresh)
  16. 1/2 cupRed Wine Vinegar
  17. 1 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients in the Jerk seasoning, including the chicken wings.

    Transfer to a 1 gallon re-sealable bag and refrigerate for 2 hours up to 24 hours.

    Preheat the Airfryer to 390F.

  4. 4

    Transfer the chicken wings to a fine mesh strainer to drain any additional liquid.

  5. 5

    Place half the wings in the Airfryer basket and cook for 14-16 minutes, shaking halfway through.
