Chop the offals into small pieces.

Boil until it's tender.

Chop all the ingredients and blend.

Heat the cooking fat for 30 secs.

Add the matumbo to the cooking fat on the pan.

Stir for 2 minutes to fry.

Add the blended ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve with ugali or rice.
