Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and salt then add oil in the frying pan and heat.

Add the eggs and let it cook until it starts turning brownish. then flip so that the other side cooks equally. Remove from heat.

Saute the kales with onions and oil. Then add salt and cover to steam for 10 minutes.

Cook the Ugali with flour and serve.
