Seafood mix on fried veggies

Steps

Chop all veggies into the desired shape.

Fry the onion with garlic until it gets ready to turn into brown.

Add carrot and stir. Fry for additional 3 minutes

Add aspáragos and fry for 3 more minutes. Add the mushrooms, add the spring onion, stir for 1 more minute and incorporate the seafood mix stir and let it cook for 3 minutes. Add the red and yellow pepper. Season with black pepper and a bit of salt. Let it cook for 5 minutes.

Serve with Bread, Amagwinyas, and or cooked potatoes
