Ingredients: 2 cups self raising flour, four eggs, baking powder, 3table spoons of blue band, one cup of milk. Procedure: sieve the flour, blend the bananas, melt the blue band, mix both in a bowl, put eggs on the mixture n mix well. Add flour to the mixture and ensure that you mix well, then add milk on the mixture and mix it. Ensure u get a smooth mixture after thoroughly mixing all the ingredients. Apply blue band on the small sufuria before putting in the mixture. Put the mixture on the small sufuria, place the small sufuria inside the bigger one that has three stones then cover with a bigger sufuria/ lid. Put it on top of the gas with moderate heat

  • 2 cupsself raising flour
  • 3over ripe bananas
  • 250 gblueband
  • 3eggs
  • 1 cupmilk

    Sieve the flour

  2. 2

    Blend the bananas

  3. 3

    Melt the blueband

  4. 4

    Mix the blueband and the blended bananas

  5. 5

    Put the eggs in the mixture and mix well

  6. 6

    Add flour and milk to the mixture n mix well till you get a smooth batter

  7. 7

    Take a small sufuria and apply blueband on all its sides and pour in the mixture

  8. 8

    Place three stones in a big sufuria, then place the small sufuria on the bigger sufuria with the three stones n cover with a bigger sufuria or lid
