Ingredients

  1. 1 kgShredded Tapioca
  2. 200 gGula Melaka or Sugar
  3. 300 gWater
  4. 50 gTapioca Flour

Cooking Instructions

    Take 100g of water to blend with Panda leaves and obtain the pandan Juice

  2. 2

    Take 50g of water to cook with Gula Melaka

  3. 3

    Add the pandan juice, gula melaka liquid and top up water till you get 500g

  4. 4

    Add in the Tapioca and flour and cook over slow fire until thicken so that the tapioca is evenly spread.

  5. 5

    Steam over medium fire for 1hr until cooked.
