Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease baking pan.

Combine the wet ingrediensts in a mixing bowl starting by cracking the eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour the evaporated milk, condensed milk, butter, and coconut cream. Whisk everything until the mixture smoothens.

Add grated cassava and 1/2 cup cheese in the wet mixture and mix well. Transfer into a greased baking sheet and bake for one hour.

Prepare the topping by mixing all the ingredients in a separate bowl then set aside.

Pour the topping mixture over the baked casssava then place it back in the oven and continue to bake until topping thickens. Note: you will notice that it will burn a bit and that is normal.

Remove the baking pan from the oven. Let the cassava cake cool down. Slice the cake into serving pieces. Serve for dessert.
