Steamed kales served with corn balls(ugali)
Steps

Boil water in a saucepan and after it has boil and the maize flour and mix well and let it cook with minimum heat while turning until it is ready

After it is ready mould it and place it on silver salve or a lid.

In a separate saucepan saute the chopped onions with cooking oil.

Add the chopped tomatoes and let them cook
- 5
Add the kales and mix them with the onion and tomatoes and add salt to taste

Cook them for 10-15min and is ready to serve
- 7
Serve them with corn balls (ugali)
