3medium Carrots
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspRed chili powder or cayenne
1-2 tspSoy sauce
2 TbspSesame oil

Cut carrots into matchsticks.

Put cut carrots in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with salt. Mix and knead lightly with hands.

Sprinkle on chili powder, then pour over soy sauce, followed by sesame oil. Mix well and serve!
