I love liver. It is great for the body and the recipe is very simple to follow.
Steps

Chop the liver wash and place in a sufuria. Add 1 cup water and 1/2tsp salt and set to boil at moderate heat.

When the liver cooks drain any excess water if any then add the onions and 40ml cooking oil and stir.

Add the tomatoes(3) and stir then cover for 3minutes. Stir as you crash the tomatoes. Add 1/2 water or the stock and 1/2tbs royco and cover for 2minutes then turn off the heat and serve.

Chop the kales. Place the onions And cooking oil in the sufuria. Stir for 1minutes and add the tomatoes while stirring. cover for 3minutes.

Crash the tomatoes and add the kales. Stir and add1/2 cup water and 1/2tsp salt then cover for 5-10minutes then turn off the heat and serve.
