Steps

Boil pasta with little oil till soft, drain and set aside.

Heat up oil, fry the onions and blended tomatoes and peppers.

Season the sauce with salt, seasoning cubes, curry and thyme.

Pour in your pasta and stir in. Allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes

Once its tender and water is dried up turn off heat and serve with fried plantain, steam vegetables and fried fish
