I made this food for my son today he loved the way i prepared it.
Steps

First and foremost heat a pan using medium heat.

Add in onions and fry till lightly brown. Add the pounded kitungu saumu. Fry until a sweet aroma is produced.

Then add the chopped tomatoes. Fry until they break down.

Then add in the royco powder and mix

Add a little water and then the whole fish.

Cook the fish for almost 5 minutes since the fish is already deep fried.

Then serve..

In a bowl remove the leaves from the stalk of the managu wash them then boil the managu with salt for 30 minutes then serve

Add a little oil(1 tbsp of oil) to the boiled Managu and serve.

Serve with the stewed fish.
