Sautee onions and Garlic with Ginger in cooking oil

Add tomatoes and some salt and let cook for 2 minutes

Add the meat (sliced into small pieces) and the bones. Cook in low heat for 6 minutes stirring regularly.

Add water to cover the bones and place lid on pan. Ensure that pan has head space above the water.

Let boil in low heat for 1.5 hours and regularly add water to keep above halfway the pot volume.

Remove from stove and transfer to storage container.

Blend with avocado and pepper to taste.

Serve while hot.

Bones can be boiled for soup 2 to 3 times.
