Kimchi is Korea's most famous food and is an essential food item on the table at almost every meal. this dish was not to fry rice, but pan-fry both sides of rice as pancake.

Except black sesame oil & Decoration stuff, put all Ingredients in a bowl and mixed together.

In a nonstick skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. ladle the of mixed rice into the hot skillet. shape into thin circle and pan-fry one side until golden brown, then flip it for frying another side. (you can use a big plate, it helps for flipping)

Put kimchi and shredded scallion on it, serving hot.
