Ingredients

  1. 16 ozpackage of coleslaw mix (cabbage/carrots/etc)
  2. 3 TBSPGreek Non-Fat Yogurt
  3. 2 TBSPWhite Vinegar
  4. 4 TBSPSplenda (or your favorite no cal sweetener)
  5. 1 TeaspoonSalt (to Taste)
  6. Pepper (to Taste)
  7. DashGarlic/Onion Powder
  8. 1 TeaspoonCelery Seed (optional)
  9. 1/2small onion (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the above together. The onion and celery seed are optional, the onion makes it taste more like KFC while the Celery seed adds a interesting 'fresh' pop to it. The amount of water is a variable too.. You could go with less and add later.

    Mix throughly. Refrigerator for at least an hour (though it's tempting to eat right away)

  3. 3

    There is ALOT of playroom in the above ingredients so you could play around with the ratios a bit but generally the above works for me.

  4. 4

    Note: You can eat it right after making it but truely it should it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
