This one isn't actually too much effort nor thought involved. I just putting down what seemed to work in my case to sate the want for A LOT of coleslaw. (<150 Calories for the whole batch)

Combine all the above together. The onion and celery seed are optional, the onion makes it taste more like KFC while the Celery seed adds a interesting 'fresh' pop to it. The amount of water is a variable too.. You could go with less and add later.

Mix throughly. Refrigerator for at least an hour (though it's tempting to eat right away)

There is ALOT of playroom in the above ingredients so you could play around with the ratios a bit but generally the above works for me.

Note: You can eat it right after making it but truely it should it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
